Many of us are spending more time at home. If you are looking for ways to keep young ones entertained and add some fun to your days, here are a few indoor games to play with your kids.
Dig out a deck of cards and teach your kids some of your favorite card games. You can stick with simple games like Go Fish and Old Maid for younger kids or teach your older kids more complicated games like euchre, hearts, or crazy eights.
Take a break from all the schoolwork and play a quick pen and paper game. You can try something like Hangman, Categories, Dots and Squares, or Battleship.
Dig out some of your family board games and spend an afternoon around the dinner table playing games. If you don’t have many, consider adding some to your collection. Some classic favorites include Clue, Monopoly, Life, and Sorry.
Turn your family room into an indoor fort with lots of blankets, pillows, and chairs. Move the furniture so you can easily drape the blankets over them. Add pillows to the floor and spend an evening watching a movie in your blanket fort.
We here at Atzenhoffer wish you and your family a healthy and fun summer. Remember to give us a call for any vehicular needs you have this season.
